Guesthouse Basics
The guesthouse is inside a gated/fenced area. There is a main building with 3 stories, as well as some external buildings that seem to be for storage. The first floor has offices for the agency staff. The second floor was in the process of being remodeled for guest bedrooms. All floors have a few bathrooms.
The third floor had 3 bedrooms. 1 bedroom had bunkbeds and a queen with an attached bathroom that had a regular sized tub. The other two bedrooms had queen beds with plenty of space to bring in a crib or toddler bed. The rooms have built cupboards/closets that lock, as do the main doors.

The two other bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower. The shower curtain is not long enough and water regularly sprays the floor.

The third floor also houses the kitchen, sitting area, dining area and de facto play area.
The courtyard is relatively small and completed paved (no grass). Sometimes a few employees’ cars and the agency vehicles are parked there.

A security guard is on-site all of the time.
UPDATE: This is now the “Old” Guesthouse that apparently functions as a backup guesthouse and also as the main administrative offices area (and video lifebook production building). To see pics of the new guesthouse, click here.
