Guesthouse Food

Filed under: Guesthouse — by sackrosanct @

A list of some of the foods served at the guesthouse.

Breakfast: Mango, papaya, banana, fresh squeezed orange and mango juice, oatmeal porridge, fried french toast.

Lunch/Dinner: Pizza, baked spaghetti, injera and chicken/egg wot, bean wot (or some kind of spread), cooked kitfo, cheesy rigatoni, deep fried veggies -eggplant, zucchini and carrots (I was a bit wary before tasting, but am a 100% convert now), coleslaw, rice with raisins, a cabbage/carrot type of hush puppy (YUM!), roasted meat with carrots and potatoes

A note about injera-  It can taste very different.  I don't know why.  If you don't care for it in one place, give it another try when you have an opportunity elsewhere.
